I am an experienced lactation consultant with over 15 years of
dedicated practice supporting breastfeeding families. I have been a
registered nurse since 2001 and am a proud graduate of William
Paterson University, where I earned my Bachelors of Science degree
in Nursing with honors. Throughout my nursing career, I have always
worked within maternal and child health, a field that deeply reflects
both my professional passion and personal values.

Supporting families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum
period is a privilege I hold close to my heart. As a mother of four, I
bring not only clinical expertise but also lived experience to my
practice. My own breastfeeding struggles helped me truly understand
how vulnerable and overwhelming this season can feel—and how
profoundly important compassionate, knowledgeable, and
individualized support truly is.

I believe that families thrive when they feel heard, respected, and
empowered. My approach to lactation care blends evidence-based
practice with warmth, empathy, and thoughtful guidance, meeting

each family where they are. It is my goal to provide caring, high-
quality support that builds confidence and helps families achieve

their feeding goals in a way that feels right for them.
